The Bongo Board is a fun way to work on your balance at home. This is one of the balance boards that we have reviewed from Hockey Shot, the first board we reviewed was the Wobble Board which offers 360 degree balance. The Bongo board is not quite as difficult to balance on as it only works on left to right movement. The nice thing about the Bongo Board is that it helps the body get used to weight transfer and it is a lot of fun.
