bauer x60 skatesThe Bauer X60 is the number one skate used in the NHL. Many players in the NHL are sponsored and HAVE to use a certain type of skates, the rest can wear whatever they want and the majority CHOOSE the Bauer X60. The X60 uses a lightweight “tech-mesh” quarter package (on the outside of the skate) and an X-rib pattern that gives it stability and support. On the inside they use a hydramax liner which helps it breath and wick moisture away. On the inside of the tongue they have an interior channel that will also help the skate breathe and eliminate lace bite, and on the outside they use a high density metatarsal guard.

The Bauer X60 uses a carbon composite out-sole and uses the tuuk lightspeed holder and LS2 runner (the #1 holder and blade combo in the NHL)
