The Fasthands is another product designed to give you some obstacles to maneuver around while stickhandling. Working on your hands get’s a bit boring after a while so it helps to have some structure and challenges. Some other products in this category are the Sweethands and the X-deviator, both of which are made from plastic, whereas the Fasthands is made from steel.

How to use the Fasthands

The Fasthands comes with a number of drills and routines that you can preform. The product is designed with 5 sides, and each side is assigned a number. While doing the drills you can make up your own patterns, or use the ones provided when you purchase the Fasthands. When I practice at home I try to make my drills similar to movements I make on the ice, this helps me improve my speed and consistency of the moves I use the most during games.
